Who we are
Ammira Studio is a digital studio working between Milan and Istanbul. The data controller for the data collected through this site is Ammira Studio, contact: hello@ammirastudio.com.
What data we collect
Forms collect the data needed for the request, such as name, contact details, project type, budget and message or, for vertical reviews, the website, business type and journey to examine. The qualification form, completed by invitation before the first conversation, also collects information about the business: sector, the order of magnitude of what a customer spends and of how many customers there are, internal organisation, tools already in use and who makes the decisions. We do not ask for health or patient information. If you accept analytics, we record events such as page, CTA, language, path and time; marketing tools operate only after the corresponding consent.
Why we use it
We use form data to reply and prepare a proposal as pre-contractual measures requested by the person concerned (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For more detailed requests we produce an internal assessment of the request itself, used only to prepare the proposal and to judge whether we can be useful: it produces no automatic effects and the decision is always made by a person. Analytics and marketing are activated on the basis of the choice made in the banner (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). A form submission does not automatically subscribe anyone to a newsletter, and data is not sold.
Where it goes
Requests reach us by email through Resend Inc. and remain in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the contact and any relationship that follows. Requests from the site and WhatsApp conversations are also stored in a database hosted by Neon Inc., which we access from a password-protected private area. The site is hosted on Vercel Inc. With analytics consent, events may remain in hosting logs and be forwarded to the configured endpoint. Google and Meta receive data only where their tools are configured and the relevant category has been accepted.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data at any time by writing to hello@ammirastudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Updates
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
WhatsApp and messaging
When you contact us through WhatsApp, we process the number, profile name and message content to reply and manage pre-contractual or contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Meta processes data under its own terms; any technical provider operates under the applicable agreements. Promotional messages require separate, withdrawable consent. Conversations are kept for as long as needed for the request and, where a contract follows, for applicable obligations.
