Before design begins, we agree references, criteria and constraints. The proposal states how many directions and review rounds are included: a defined offer and a custom project do not follow the same process. Each stage needs your approval before we move on.

Defined offers have a public price; a custom website is quoted after pages, content, languages, integrations and responsibilities are clear. You receive an initial reply within one business day, the first call is free and the proposal that follows separates activities, timing and exclusions.

The first concept arrives within 72 hours of kickoff and a complete brief. The Essential Site follows a 14-day schedule; a custom project receives its own plan, often spanning several weeks. Content, integrations and approval times are the main variables and are documented before work begins.

The scope defines the relevant architecture, metadata, sitemap, redirects, structured data and performance work. Ongoing editorial SEO, link building and campaigns are separate. No one can guarantee a first-page position or inclusion in AI answers; we deliver a technical foundation that can be checked.

Ammira projects include six months of support within the agreed scope: technical checks, fixes and planned small evolutions. New functionality or ongoing programmes are assessed separately. Afterwards, you can manage the site yourself or request the Care Plan.

During a project and with an active Care Plan, you have a direct contact. Initial response times, support hours and priority for an unreachable site or broken form are stated in the agreement; we do not imply continuous availability outside the agreed scope.

Code produced for the project, domain, content and access are handed over or held in the client’s name. Third-party licences and services keep their own terms, stated in the proposal. An Ammira subscription is not required to retain ownership of the project.

Yes. We work between Milan and Istanbul in Italian, English and Turkish. We do more than translate an interface: hierarchy, examples and tone are adapted to the people and markets involved in the project.

Yes. Copywriting can be included in scope and begins with interviews and real source material. For images, we decide whether to use an archive, arrange a production or work with existing assets; costs, licences and responsibilities are approved first.

When independent updates are a requirement, we design the necessary fields and include training and documentation in the handover. The panel’s complexity depends on the content; the Care Plan remains optional.

Terms are written into the proposal and tied to stages or deliveries. Deposit, milestone payments and balance can vary by project. Amounts, dates and suspension conditions are approved before kickoff.

You can manage the site yourself, appoint another supplier or request the Care Plan, starting from €140/month. Scope, response times and cancellation terms are stated at activation; project ownership does not depend on renewal.
