turn a digital decisioninto prioritiesyou can review

For teams facing too many options and too little clarity on what comes first: audit, decision criteria, an operating plan and guidance.

BEFORE YOU INVEST

running fastin the wrong directionis the most expensive way to lose

Websites, campaigns, content and automation can compete for the same budget. Without shared criteria, it is hard to tell a priority from a novelty. We start with objectives, constraints and the data that actually exists.

3

operating priorities in order, each with an owner, dependencies and a review criterion

a plan that separateshypotheses, decisionsand actions

THE OUTPUT

You receive priorities, rationale, responsibilities and measures. Ongoing guidance revises decisions as evidence changes; it does not defend the original plan.

WHAT YOU GET

decisions, not just advice

  1. 01

    A reasoned direction

We start with objectives, constraints and alternatives. Priorities show what comes first, what can wait and which evidence may change the decision.

  2. 02

A review that can be checked

We analyse the site, digital presence and available data, separating facts, gaps and hypotheses. Each issue is tied to a possible decision.

  3. 03

    Continuity in decision-making

Where ongoing guidance is useful, we review indicators, priorities and dependencies at an agreed cadence. Frequency and responsibilities are defined in scope.

  4. 04

    Choose with data and context

We make the available data understandable and state what cannot be measured. Decisions remain with the client, supported by documented reasoning.

  5. 05

    Materials that remain useful

The plan, sources, criteria and documentation stay with the client. The team can continue with Ammira or another partner.

  6. 06

Content readable by AI systems too

We organise entities, sources and answers so information is clear and verifiable. Nobody can guarantee rankings or citations in systems they do not control.

THE METHOD

seven phases. a usable plan

Each phase closes with a decision, an owner and a document your team can use

understanding where you are and where you really want to go

You get: A reply within one business day and an initial view separating observations, hypotheses and open questions

looking at real numbers, not impressions

You get: Analysis of the agreed channels, available data, reading limits and points that need further verification

deciding what to do and, above all, what to stop doing

You get: An ordered plan with a hypothesis, owner, dependencies and review criterion for each priority

building with you, not handing you reports to read

You get: One-to-one working sessions: decisions are taken together, on the call

measuring what matters and ignoring the rest

You get: A measurement view proportionate to the available data and access, with sources and cadence stated

revisit decisions at the agreed cadence

You get: A review of the defined questions and indicators: what we observe, what changes and which evidence is missing

leave the team with usable criteria, sources and ownership

You get: The plan, documentation and access remain with the client; any continued engagement is agreed separately

THE NEXT STEP

start with the context, not a package.

Free · Reply within one business day · No commitment

The work produces readable decisions: what to address now, what to defer and which evidence is missing.

Consulting deliverable · writtenpriorities ordered by impact, dependencies and effort

Rationale, ownership and the next check remain in the document you receive.

Client ownership · explicitroadmap usable by another supplier if needed

STRAIGHT TALK

Isn't consulting just a lot of nice words?

Consulting is useful only when it produces decisions. Each session closes with priorities, owners and a usable artefact. We cannot guarantee commercial results; we can make the reasoning and work reviewable.

I'm a small business, is it for me?

It can be, when there is a concrete decision to make. We bound the question and begin with the first reviewable step; if a short session is enough, we do not propose a larger engagement.

What happens after the strategy?

The plan can go to your team, another supplier or into an Ammira engagement. Work, cadence, responsibilities and costs for that next phase remain separate and require approval.

Tell us the decision, available data and main constraint. We provide an initial frame without turning it into a promise of results.
