Technical SEO and structured data

Semantic structure, metadata, sitemap and relevant structured data form the technical foundation. We do not promise rankings or citations on external systems; we deliver elements that can be controlled and checked.

Privacy and consent configuration

We configure the banner, preferences and tools around what the website actually uses. We explain what is collected, while legal wording and decisions remain subject to approval by you or your adviser: our role is technical, not legal counsel.

Hosting for the first year

The first year of hosting is included: we connect the domain and SSL certificate and document access and ownership. At renewal, you can continue or request a handover to your chosen provider.

Within 72 hours of a complete brief you see the first concept: a real page for deciding direction and priorities. Revisions, approvals and payment stages are set out in writing before work begins.

Why does it cost more than Wix?

A site builder may cost less when the template, copy, SEO and privacy setup are handled in-house. This price includes design adapted to the business, copy, technical implementation and a direct point of contact; scope and exclusions are stated before work begins.

What is NOT included?

E-commerce, member areas, multiple languages and custom functionality are not included; they require a dedicated project. If the brief shows that the Essential Site is too narrow, we explain that before kickoff and prepare an itemised proposal.
