A REVIEWABLE PROCESS

the method: how we work

Before designing a single pixel, we understand your craft. This is the journey every project goes through, from the first listening to six months of support after launch.

Behind every business is a real craft. Our job is to understand it and give it a digital form people can choose.

why Ammira exists

A REVIEWABLE PROCESS

five stages, each closing with a decision

A project does not move forward by inertia. Every stage closes with a deliverable, an approval and a clear condition for progress.

  1. 01

    framing

    What happens
We collect objectives, audiences, constraints, content and dependencies.
    What we decide
    Scope, priorities, timing and responsibilities.
    What you receive
Brief summary, itemised proposal and calendar.
    Who approves
The client and Ammira project lead.
    We move on when
Scope, costs and required materials are accepted.
  2. 02

    architecture

    What happens
We map people, questions, journeys and existing content.
    What we decide
Hierarchy, pages, primary actions and requirements.
    What you receive
Site map, wireframes and content matrix.
    Who approves
The client, with the people who will use or manage the project.
    We move on when
    Structure and actions are approved.
  3. 03

    direction

    What happens
We turn strategy and content into a first visual experience.
    What we decide
Creative direction, tone, rhythm and system rules.
    What you receive
First concept within 72 hours of the complete brief and agreed start, plus review criteria.
    Who approves
The decision-maker appointed by the client.
    We move on when
A direction is chosen and open revisions are listed.
  4. 04

    build

    What happens
We develop, integrate content and test normal cases and exceptions.
    What we decide
What is ready, what remains out of scope and which dependencies need attention.
    What you receive
Staging version, access and checks covering mobile, accessibility, SEO and performance.
    Who approves
Ammira verifies quality; the client approves content and functions.
    We move on when
Critical checks pass and residual limits are accepted.
  5. 05

    launch and handover

    What happens
We publish, train the team and observe real behaviour.
    What we decide
Next priorities, operating responsibilities and support level.
    What you receive
Code, domain, access, recorded training and six months of support.
    Who approves
The client confirms ownership handover and publication.
    We move on when
Delivery and responsibilities are documented; the project is under control.
01

THE METHOD

we understand your craft

Before designing, we reconstruct the business, audience, objectives and constraints. Decisions start with the work, not a style to impose.

02

THE HAND

we build around the work

Structure, words, identity and technology are decided for the project. Technology speeds up the work; responsibility and approval remain human.

03

THE PACT

we hand over and continue

Code, domain, content and access move to the client. During the six included months, we observe the project and agree the work it needs.

THE NEXT STEP

one first conversation, then a written scope.
