Photography that builds trust

Stock imagery can be useful, but it rarely proves how a specific organisation works. When trust, place or craft matter to the decision, original photography makes otherwise hidden details visible.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

01

When does stock imagery become limiting?

When it replaces what a visitor needs to verify: the place, the team, the product or the process. Stock is not inherently harmful, but familiar or irrelevant images can make very different businesses look interchangeable.

02

What is worth photographing?

Whatever supports the decision: spaces, authorised team members, service details, process stages and final outcomes. The selection depends on the page and audience; the aim is not to document everything, but to make the promise understandable.

03

Do I always need a professional photographer?

It depends on the use. Hero imagery needs consistency, clear rights and enough quality for different formats; everyday content may be produced internally with guidance. The lifespan and return of a shoot vary and should not be assumed.

04

What if my work does not seem photogenic?

Not every business needs spectacular imagery. Order, precision, context and legibility may matter more. Before shooting, define what the visitor needs to understand and which elements can show it without building an artificial scene.
