A visitor may not name every interface decision, but they continually encounter rhythm, legibility and feedback. Craft means making those moments coherent and accessible.

If nobody notices them, why invest?
Because small inconsistencies can accumulate into friction: changing labels, invisible focus, arbitrary spacing and late feedback. Coherence does not guarantee trust, but it makes the journey more predictable and understandable.
Which details matter most on a website?
Typography and hierarchy, followed by focus, error, loading and confirmation states. Motion should have a purpose, respect reduced-motion preferences and never delay content or actions.
How do you recognise careless work?
Look for patterns changing without reason: the same button meaning different things, unexplained errors, arbitrary margins and speeds. These signals can make an interface less predictable; the effect should be checked through review and usability testing.

It requires design, implementation and verification time. Cost depends on the number of components, states, devices and accessibility requirements. A documented system keeps that level of care maintainable after launch.
